Environmental Risk and Resource Management, LLC (ERRM) is a multi-disciplinary environmental consulting firm that provides environmental and natural resource consulting. ERRM provides services to both the private and public sectors. Our work in the private sector includes past and ongoing projects with property developers, contractors and builders, financial institutions, insurance companies, attorneys, private industrial companies, civil engineering firms, and renewable energy developers. Our work in the public sector includes past and ongoing support of projects with state and federal agencies such as the Department of Energy, the United States Army Corps of Engineers, the Federal Highway Administration, the Tennessee Valley Authority, the United States Department of Agriculture, Small Business Administration, the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, the US EPA, the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, and the Tennessee Department of Transportation, along with many other state agencies and municipalities.

Notably, Mr. Kendall served as the Senior Environmental Engineer Professional responsible for obtaining permits for the Wacker Polysilicon Facility in Charleston, Tennessee. In this role, he represented Wacker in negotiations with the State of Tennessee and the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA).

Founder and Executive Vice President

Charlene brings over 37 years of environmental consulting experience to the table, having collaborated with a diverse clientele that includes renewable energy developers, utilities, oil and gas companies, private and public enterprises, property developers, law firms, financial institutions, government agencies, and municipalities.

Her extensive expertise spans a wide array of areas, including:

Charlene has managed numerous large-scale renewable energy projects across the United States and Puerto Rico. Her portfolio also includes the successful management of high-risk, multi-site projects for public, federal, state, and private development clients nationwide. Additionally, she possesses expertise in National Environmental Protection Agency permit coordination and completion, California Environmental Quality Act compliance, development and construction permitting, groundwater assessments, hazardous material and waste management, and industrial and manufacturing auditing.

Charlene is well-versed in conducting various environmental assessments, such as Environmental Assessments (EA), Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), Categorical Exclusions (CE), and Findings of Not Significant (FONSI). Her professional experience extends to collaborating with agencies including USDA, HUD, FERC, USACE, USFWS, USEPA, and various state agencies.
